Booking Information
How to Book
You can book online (the Cottage only), via email or by telephone.
If booking the Cottage online, please use the Availability & Prices page.
To book the Cottage or the Bungalow via email, please complete the email enquiry form or you can complete a Booking Form and email it or post it to us. You will still need to send your deposit cheque by post. Please ensure that your preferred dates are available before sending us your booking form.
If you prefer to telephone, please call us on 01792 390586 or 07780 606946 . You will need to send your deposit cheque and completed booking form by post, after we have confirmed that your preferred dates are available.
Please note that no contract shall exist until confirmation and a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week has been received.
Payment
The total amount payable is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and we will send a reminder invoice to you. Provisional booking can be made by telephone or online but must be honoured with a deposit within 5 days.
If you book within 14 days of your arrival date, we will ask for the
full balance to be settled by cheque.
To secure your booking we require a deposit of £100 pw.
Cheques should be made payable to T A Brown and sent to Morawel, Middleton, Rhossili, Swansea, SA3 1PJ
Cancellation
Prior to four weeks before arrival date, the non returnable deposit of £100 per week will be forfeit. No other payment will be required.
Less than four weeks before arrival date, the full amount will be forfeit.
